Past 2 months in business have been exciting. Came in contact with lot of people having different view points and nature.One thing is for sure to run a business it is necessary to know in and out of it.
Currently we are trying some new concepts in business.Few of them have clicked.
It feels great when your idea becomes successful at the same time it helps your to learn from your failure.But yea i always felt that sharing your thought with other person helps you know the loop holes and new direction.

One thing i realised in my business trip to South Gujarat that you need to be patient and cool to do business.Biggest problem can be solved if you handle it nicely.
People are always kind it is up to you how you look at them.

Business is fun for those who love challenges.You come across challenges every day.Every minute detail has to be seen from monetary point of view.Some days are free like you feel what to do and others are hectic you feel the day to end.But what is the most exciting part is that you come across people having varied nature and experience.It helps in the your development.Business is a 24X7X365 days work and at the same time it is holiday at your will.All the time you think of creating a system but still there are challenges day and night.That is the life which i want to live.Life of uncertainty with no guaranteed income but still thrilling and which keeps you going.

Need of mentor

The new generation including me thinks that, what we have learnt in classroom is in sync with practical life.But reality is different.We do require a guiding force who has practical knowledge and can help us with their experience.Who can be our mentor?It could be anybody for family business your dad,uncle or say a sales person who has been with organisation for a long time.

Family business where is it heading?

There are lot of changes taking place in today's business scenarios.
Traditionally business families are now changing there working style and are now implementing latest technologies for enhancing there business.
But still all of them lack as there major focus is on price and not on quality.The future is of service industry.
Also after joining my family business i have realised that first and foremost thing which is required is to understand the business from the basic level like product knowledge and interacting with people working in organisation to understand the existing procedure.You need to be a good listner to understand the problems and to change the system.

Learning from Movie "Anand"

The breath taking performance by Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh.The dialog "Babu mosai" became one of the most famous dialog in Indian Cinema.
What does the movie teach us?
Well lets start with the begining of the movie.
Just imagine the day when we fall sick what do we do?
we crib about it.Has any one thought about forgetting about one's illness and living a normal happy life.In majority of the cases I donot think so.
In the movie anand(rajesh khanna) inspite of having cancer was living life to fullest.
He rightly said that it does not matter how long you live but it matters how you live your life no matter how short it may be and live the very moment.

Then we can see how a transformation of human being takes place in this case Amitabh.
Transforming a depressed person into a jovial person.Understanding the importance of family and friends.

Anand in entire movie has touched the heart of each and every person he had met.

Bottomline:Live life like its going to end tomorrow.

Is punctuality necessary

Well some people never turn up on time.Some turn up before time. Extreme of both is wastage of time.The person who is late all times looses credibility among his peers.
You need to respect other peoples time because time is the rarest commodity and judicious utilization leads to satisfactory result and you never feel pressed for time.

Class Party

Well good moments of life come to end and people do have to follow a different path but bonding remains for ever.

Fews days before I along with my friends met a family friend who rightfully said that in two years without doing any investment you have houses across India.What did he mean by that?

Well just imagine you have gone on a business meet to say Delhi.One of your college friend is staying there what do you do?

Well we call him and have an evening of fun together.

Had we not had friends we would be spending our evening alone and wondering how to kill time.

Feeling Nostalgic

Why does it always happen that when you are in school you dream to be in college but you miss school days when you are in college.
Similarly when you are in college you dream to be in corporate world but after being in corporate world you remember your college days and miss all the fun you had with your friends.
Life as it seems always is better in past then in present.
Can this be changed /
Well 3 idiots has given us a good lesson - enjoy present and make the best of it so you shall not regret about it in future.

Well its a dream come true.Not once but twice.One at BSE building the view is amazing.If anybody gets an opportunity to go to BSE do visit their top floor canteen and yea another at Lower Parel Manhatan Next Gen Building from where you could see the entire sealink.

Its simply amazing.

Is exercise and physical fitness necessary?

Now a days people have got all the leisure which was not available to kings in 16th century.
Though medical science has advanced the quality of life is getting poorer day by day.
Children are now found playing indoors on play station and computers rather then playing on field games like football.cricket,tennis etc.
This has led to yea we can say improvement in brainpower but at the same time detoriating health.
So what can individual do in todays so called busy life where in he has all the time in the world for being on facebook,orkut etc.
1. Do atleast half an hour excersie no matter during what time of the day you wake up
2. Eat less oily food and follow strict timing in eating though exceptions always occur
3. Eat seasonal fruits daily and drink lot of water.
4. Eat green vegetable since it has fibres and cleans our digestive system.
5. Go to bed to sleep a bit early around 11,11:30 p.m. and this would help you to get up early.

The importance of Gift/Donation

Is it really necessary?

In most of the religion it is considered to be one of the most important duties of a human being.

But there is a catch.There is a difference in giving donations for money and donations from your heart.The former one is a publicity stunt while latter one would reap reward may not always be in monetary terms.

It is said that the more you give the more you shall reap.

Visiting one's relatives

Does it really matter in today's independent and nuclear family world?

Well the need of it is more now then ever before.

Why am I saying so?Today we are all having our jobs spread across India and for that matter world.At the same time it is human tendency to live in groups.But now a days due to work pressure and deadlines people are not able to interact.This results into a lonely life.

Why meeting relatives is necessary?

According to me it helps in gelling well with them.The most important factor is the bonding you create as well as it is a stress realizing activity from your hectic work schedule

The fun of not planning is it worth it?

I myself is firm believer of planning,but does it always help.The answer is no.Why do I say so?

Well it leads to a mon monotonous life having same routine no fun.At times the fun lies in not planning and living life as it comes.

One such incident was our vacation to Goa.Planned just 12 hours in advance for departure with no reservations in hotel.But the five days spent there were simply amazing.Enjoyed it totally.

Traveling - could it help

Since childhood,my father made sure that we visited new places twice a year.Did it help?

According to me,it is the most breathtaking experience which no books,television or internet can teach you.Reason being you learn to adjust to unpredictable circumstances with calm mind.

This also charged our batteries for coming six months.

It increased your understanding of world.

Having visited places in India and abroad ,I feel India has plenty of places to be explored.Few among them worth visiting are

3. Dasada-Rann of Kutch for Wild Ass sanctuary

Books are our best companions

Before 2003,I was vary of reading.But after that I realised I had missed some precious years by not reading.Why do i say so?Well its simple books help you feel relaxed,removes stress and stimulates your thought process.They help us to understand our true self.

The best think for an individual while doing business is to have passion for it.

Remember sharing and idea does not mean you are giving up your secret weapon to world.
This is a gross misconception.Sharing an idea can help you remove biasness and help you to see a clear picture.

Of late I have made it a ritual of calling and talking to old friends.

One thing I realised that no matter how successful you become,you still need morale support and that is given by none other than friends.

Calling friends plays a flash back button where in you remember your old days and helps you in realising your stress.

Analysis Is it Necessary?

Most of us, including myself do not take pain in finding out an alternate solution of an event or offering. Is it really helping us. I guess no. Of late I have realised that we need to have some information before purchasing a product or finding an alternate solution.Doing so reduces our risk of failure which economist call opportunity loss.And excess of information leads to disaster, so striking a balance between the two is very important.

Life at crossroads

Many times what i want in life is not given to me ,the very moment but if there is determination I have realized that dreams do come true , for that you need conviction,determination and single minded goal to achieve the end.

Again I emphasis on group discussions and brainstorming.Because ideas are always present you just need a help and perspective to make it a reality.

Time to reconnect

Since past one month I have been travelling to many cities for social purpose,one think I realized is that, do not lose contact with your old friends in spite of hectic schedule.Meeting old friends helps to keep you young and also help you to find solution to some of your unsolved problems.
